Some homes are more difficult than others to inspect, and this can usually not be determined until the inspection is well under way. Therefore, when determining a price, we do not concern ourselves with its condition, number of bathrooms, or bedrooms, etc.
We price Home Inspections by the square foot, not a perfect system, but one that keeps it easy for all to know ahead of time how much our home inspection will cost.
